Adverse consequences of frequently wearing foundation
Routinely applying makeup to your face can have different impacts, both positive and negative.
Most women apply makeup on a regular basis. Makeup can be good, and sometimes it can be bad. One possible negative outcome of makeup is that it could cause skin inflammation and breakouts. Most foundations cover the pores of the skin and thus prevent the skin from breathing. But sometimes bacteria or dirt can get trapped under the foundation inside these pores.
Hypersensitivity could be another side effect. A tingling sensation or a slight rash could indicate an allergic reaction. Always test a skin patch with the foundation when trying a new product to avoid this.
Some foundation products also contain other ingredients that could harm you in the long run. Always use a product that is specific and intended for only one use.
